FINAL PRODUCT INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING- (PLEASE ALLOW SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME)

All Kustom Orders are HAND made Painted- Kustom Paint means there is a by hand taping and prepping process for all Cars-Parts that are being painted or coated.

In Stock 3D Parts are a 1-2 Day Shipping & Handling Process
3D Parts that are BY REQUEST ONLY (KUSTOM DESIGN ETC) 7-14 Days
Kustom 64 Impala Interior Kits (Ship QC in 3-4 Days)
Kustom 3D Printed FDM Bodies (2-3 week turnaround)
RESIN Printed Parts -(3-6 Day turnaround time)
RESIN Printed Bodys- (7-14 Day turnaround time)

Shipping & Handling Fees

All customers who are Kustom Ordering Bodys are required to pay shipping. order processing & shipping rc lowrider policy rc cars

NO Free Shipping

RCLowrider Connect is not in the shipping business and has no control of Shipping & Handling or packing costs. rc lowrider policy order processing & shipping rc cars

2 Day Air Service - UPS or FEDEX

2 Day Air Service - UPS or FEDEX- Claims Policy

NO REFUNDS- For orders that have been sent CLAIMS for (example- Lost or not received Stolen or Damaged) until the CLAIM has been processed and completed. This can take up to 5-10 business days to complete.
An investigation of WHAT exactly happened during that delivery from the carrier must be complete.
Once CLAIM is complete a refund or replacement of said item or order will be completed.

Kustom Body UN-Boxing

All Kustom Bodies are Inspected & PHOTOGRAPHED before any official last packing is done.
Customer must sign off on multiple photos in different angles of RC Kustom Body.
Photos of an open before sealed PHOTO will be sent and saved.
A shipping label will be created & sent to customer via email.

RC LOWRIDER CONNECT- WILL NOT WARRANTY-ANY Damages of BODY for MIS-HANDLING or improper Installation of BODY TO CHASSIS

3D Part Order Process & Wait times.

Kustom 3D Parts

3D Parts we manufacturer are 3D Plastic printed. RAW plastic material may need finish work sanding before paint.

3-4 Day Part Turnaround. Customers will receive Tracking info for order. rc cars rc lowrider policy order processing & shipping

IN STOCK PARTS WILL SHIP IN 1-2 Business Days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS)

Kustom Body Damage Claims Assessment

Customers only have 24 HOURS to report any defects to KUSTOM BODY (Photo inspection will be performed to compare)
Once defective CLAIM is made please allow a 24-48 hour REVIEW of claim. Within that time a set determination will be made.
NO REPLACEMENT BODIES WILL BE OFFERED UNTIL PHOTO INSPECTION IS COMPLETED
NOT ALL CLAIMS WILL BE OFFERED A DIRECT REPLACEMENT BODY (REPAIR will be offered)
NO REFUNDS ON ANY KUSTOM BODYS (NO REFUND ON DEPOSITS)
